Usain Bolt will run at the famous Bislett stadium in Oslo for the first time this summer when he takes part in the 200 metres.

The Diamond League meeting is the world champion's first confirmed meeting of the 2011 season after he struggled with an Achilles tendon injury during 2010.

Organisers have confirmed the 100-metre and 200-metre world record holder will appear the meet as the Jamaican builds towards the World Championships in South Korea.

Bolt had a forgettable 2010 campaign, suffering a rare defeat to fierce rival Tyson Gay in Stockholm in August.

Bolt conceded he was not fit and was struggling with back pain in addition to his Achilles tendon problem.

Bolt hopes to add to his three world titles at the World Championships this summer.
