Haiti second run-off election coming

Haiti's former First Lady Mirlande Manigat and singer Michel Martelly will contest a presidential election second round run-off on March 20.



The run-off between the two would be in line with a recommendation by Organisation of American States (OAS) electoral experts.



Initial results had put ruling party candidate Jean Celestin in second position behind Manigat, sparking days of unrest.



However, the OAS monitors found there had been widespread fraud in his favour.
