Puerto Rico's police commissioner, Colonel Hilton Corder, is being investigated after his young daughter told school officials that he was molesting her.
Social workers say they removed Colonel Corder's two young daughters from the home where he lives with his wife.
The police chief has been relieved of his duties pending the outcome of the investigation.
