Jamaica to face Guatemala in U20 World Cup Qualifiers

Jamaica will open their campaign at the CONCACAF Under-20 World Cup Qualifiers against host nation Guatemala on day two of the 10-day tournament on March 29.
The Jamaica/Guatemala game, scheduled to kick off at 10 p.m. in the night, is the second match of a double-header on the day. Suriname and the United States will face off in the opening game at 8 p.m.
Jamaica are drawn in Group-A and will also face Honduras on March 31.
The quarterfinalists will decide CONCACAF’s berths for the Under-20 World Cup, with the four winners qualifying for the event from July 29 to August 20 in Colombia.
Six-time champion Mexico will highlight the first day's play on March 29. They will face Cuba in the second game of an opening day doubleheader.
The schedule released yesterday for the March 28 to April 10 event has the clash between Canada and Guadeloupe as the opening game.
Defending champion Costa Rica will begin play on March 30 against Guadeloupe, followed by Trinidad & Tobago against Caribbean rival Cuba.
Crossover quarterfinals will start April 5, while the semi-finals are scheduled for April 8 and the championship and third-place game two days later.
