Dom Republic to burn raw food from Haiti

The Dominican Republic says it will be burning raw food coming from Haiti in a bid to prevent the spread of cholera from the earthquake ravaged country.
The government in Santo Domingo says it will burn fresh meat and seafood that does not have a certificate demonstrating it is free of the cholera bacteria.
Health Minister Bautista Rojas says the military has been authorised to seize and destroy uncertified raw animal products.
Dominican authorities blame lobster from Haiti for sickening dozens of people at a wedding last month.
The Dominican Republic says three people have died and 400 sickened from cholera since October last year.
