Arsenal and Man City in quarterfinals
Arsenal and Manchester City are in the quarterfinals of the FA Cup after they both claimed convincing wins last night.
Nicklas Bendtner's hat trick helped the Gunners to a 5-0 victory over Leyton Orient and a clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford in England in the last eight.
The Gunners came into the tie smarting from Sunday's Carling Cup final defeat to Birmingham but left celebrating a comfortable victory over their N-Power League One counterparts.
At Eastlands, Mario Balotelli scored his 10th goal in 18 games for City as they advanced to the quarter-finals with an easy 3-0 victory over Aston Villa.
City profited from Gerard Houllier's surprising decision to make eight changes for the visitors and were in front after only four minutes through Yaya Toure.
Balotelli then finished off a sensational second before David Silva wrapped up the scoring 20 minutes from time to book a last-eight clash at home to Championship outfit Reading.
