Jamaica defeat Netherlands

Jamaica’s women team defeated the Netherlands Antilles for third place on yesterday’s final day of the Caribbean Volleyball Championships at the gymnasium of the Garfield Sobers Complex in Bridgetown, Barbados.



The Jamaica won three sets to two.



Trinidad and Tobago beat Barbados three sets to one in the women’s final.



The result means T&T repeat as women’s champions.



Later in the day, the Jamaican men team lost third place to Trinidad and Tobago. The Trinidadian won three sets to two.
