More than a dozen regular West Indies cricketers have been picked in a 28-man squad for the Stanford Super Stars game against England in November worth a prize of US$20 million.

The 11 players on the winning team will collect US$1 million each for less than three hours of work. The remainder will be split between the reserve players and national associations.

The squad, which will go into training ahead of the big game, includes West Indies captain Chris Gayle, vice captain Ramnaresh Sarwan, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Dwayne Bravo, Jerome Taylor, Denesh Ramdin and Darren Powell.

Other West Indies cricketers included are Sulieman Benn, Xavier Marshall, Darren Sammy, Andre Fletcher, William Perkins and Kieron Pollard.

The squad also includes Jamaican batsman Danza Hyatt.
