Stars set for sizzling showdown at the JN/Jamaica International Invitational

Organizers are of the JN/Jamaica International Invitational track and field meet are expecting a huge turn-out for this evening’s eighth staging of the event at the National Stadium.



Five world champions will strut their stuff on the A Class track, with a few arguments expected to be settled along the way.



They are Jamaica’s Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Melaine Walker, along with Americans Sanya Richards-Ross, Kerron Clement and Barbados’ sprint hurdling star Ryan Brathwaite.



Also down to compete are Nesta Carter, Yohan Blake, and Asafa Powell and Olympic and World 100m silver medallist Kerron Stewart, who will renew her rivalry with United States speedster Carmelita Jetter and Sherone Simpson,.
