Antiguan Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer believes there is still much work to be done to get Caribbean nationals fully engaged in the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME).
He told a two-day regional conference focusing on increased youth involvement in the CSME that many institutions do not have enough financial and technical resources and the present economic environment compounds the situation.
More than 72 delegates are attending the conference of participants from CARICOM states who were given the opportunity to travel to another CARICOM State to study the CSME in action.
