WICB willing to meet with Gayle again

The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) is willing to meet with Chris Gayle in another attempt to resolve the issues, which has kept the Jamaican batsman out of the West Indies team.
The WICB indicted its interest through a letter to Gayle, which says the board remains available to meet and resolve the current issues.
Gayle wasn’t picked for the current series against India owing to differences with the WICB, including a widely publicised radio interview where he strongly criticized the board.
The issues between Gayle and the WICB intensified at a meeting in Jamaica on June 14.
In the letter to Gayle, WICB chief executive Ernest Hilaire says the June 14 meeting failed as the discussions were repeatedly diverted to other issues instead of being focused on finding a constructive solution to the matter.
