A swearing ceremony is to be held today following a Cabinet reshuffle by Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar.
Persad Bissessar announced changes to her one year-old coalition People’s Partnership government yesterday, removing two ministers from the Cabinet but keeping embattled Austin Jack Warner.
She said the realignment of the portfolios followed a critical review of the first year in office.
She said her government came into office amid high expectations and that at the time of the formation of the Cabinet very few ministers had such experience.
