Newnham, Campbell head Jamaica’s Championships team

Jonathan Newnham and Fabian Campbell will head Jamaica’s 14-man team to the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships in Trinidad from July 31 to August 7.



Newnham and Campbell are among five players who will compete in the Hoerman Cup. The other players are Wesley Brown, Radcliff Knibbs and Matthew Smith. Bryan Bailey is listed as a reserve.



A two-member team has been selected for the Ramon Baez Cup. Keith Stein and Sean Morris will represent Jamaica.



Robert Chin and Gregory Chong have been named to compete for the Francis Steele Perkins Trophy; while Dennis Atkinson and Fred Sutherland will represent the country in the Higgs and Higgs Cup.



For the George Teale Trophy, the players selected are Jodi Barrow, Leiza Blakeley and Michele Gabay.
