Corinthians improve offer for City captain Tevez

Brazilian side Corinthians have made an improved offer for Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez.
Earlier this week they failed in a $35 million pound offer for the want-away Argentine striker and are understood to have come back with a $39 million pound bid.
Tevez's representative Kia Joorabchian told BBC Sport that "I do know there has been an increased offer”.
City want close to $50 million pounds for Tevez.
