Sharpes beat Tropics in hockey

Sharpes scored an 8-3 victory over Tropics yesterday in the lone Division 2 Women’s game of the Jamaica Hockey Federation Outdoor Premier League.
As a result of the victory, Sharpe moved top of the table with nine points, three ahead of Spiritz.
Tropics are second-from-the-bottom on a point.
Tashana Edwards scored four goals for Sharpes and was supported by Michelle Thompson, who got three.
The competition continues on Saturday with two games.
