Cricket: Sri Lanka beat Australia again

Hosts Sri Lanka beat Australia by eight runs in the second and final Twenty20 International in Pallekele today to complete two-nil whitewash.
Sri Lanka, batting first posted 157 for nine off their allotted 20 overs and then restricted Australia to 149 for nine.
Ajantha Mendiz set up Sri Lanka’s victory with superb figures of six for 16 off four overs.
Earlier, Mahela Jayawardene top scored for Sri Lanka with 86 from 63 deliveries.
Brett Lee and John Hastings picked up three wickets each for Australia.
The team will now contest the first One Day International on Wednesday at Pallekele.
