The game will take place at the Police Sports Club.
The Jamaicans had an early setback in their quest for the regional double by crashing to a nine-wicket defeat to Barbados at the Guyana National Stadium in yesterday’s opening round.
And T&T secured a good start by defeating Guyana by 26 runs.
In the remaining second round games today:- Barbados will face Windward Islands at Guyana National Stadium, while Guyana will play Leeward Islands at Everest Sports Club.
