Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz have moved one place to Number 43 on the FIFA’s world rankings list despite losing their last friendly international to China on August 10.

The August rankings show Jamaica as the top team in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU).

The Jamaicans are well ahead of second place Trinidad and Tobago, who are ranked 91 on the FIFA list.

Cuba are third in the CFU standings and 99 in the world.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands have replaced Spain at the top of rankings, with England climbing two places to fourth.

Spain have dropped to second after losing ranking points in a friendly defeat by Italy.

Spain had held top spot since July 2010 following their World Cup final victory over the Netherlands in South Africa.

Germany lie third, while Uruguay are South America's top-rated nation in fifth after, with Brazil sixth. Italy, Portugal, Argentina and Croatia complete the top 10.
