Antigua\'s opposition leader, Steadroy Benjamin is to appear in court next month over his alleged link to a case of passport fraud.

Benjamin has been accused of certifying a photograph and passport application of a Jamaican man convicted of obtaining an Antiguan passport by illicit means.

He appeared in court yesterday and the case was adjourned.

The governing United Progressive Party has called for Benjamin to resign as leader of the opposition.

However he’s insisting that he did nothing wrong and would not be stepping down.
