Hombre for Jockey Club Stakes

Overnight Allowance horses hold centre stage at Caymanas Park today in the Jockey Club Stakes over 1400 metres.
The race is confined to three-year-olds and up and has attracted 13 starters.
Among them is 2009 Superstakes winner HOMBRE, who was a beaten favourite behind MIKENIFICENT over 2 thousand metres on September 17.
HOMBRE returns with Lasix, which suggests that he bled on that day and as a result is given a chance to bounce back immediately.
HOMBRE will be ridden by claiming apprentice female jockey Georgina Sergeon
The six-year-old bay gelding can expect stiff competition from down in class THE GUARDIAN, OASIS and UNDAUNTED.
There are 10 other races on the card and post time is 12:10 p.m.
