Cuba offers miracle cancer drug

Cuban officials say a drug which is being hailed as a miracle treatment for cancer, will be made available there starting next week.
Officials say the drug, the VIDATOX 30CH, is a natural substance made from scorpion, some of which are only found in Cuba.
Dr Mariala Garcia, who is part of a group of specialists promoting the drug in the Caribbean, says it will be available for EC$380 or US$102 for a two-month supply.
According to Dr Garcia, the recommended dosage is five drops under the tongue twice per day. She says the drug carries no known side effects and the trials have yielded great results and many success stories.
Cuban health officials say that the product does not require a prescription and will soon be available for purchase at several locations across the Caribbean.
Dr Garcia says the drug is already on sale in South and Central America, Europe and Asia.
