A US coroner says drug paraphernalia and a white powdery substance were discovered in Whitney Houston's hotel room on the day she died.
The full report said the 48-year-old was found on February 11 lying face down in an overflowing hotel bathtub.
Investigators said they recovered a rolled-up piece of paper, a small spoon and a portable mirror in the bathroom.
The autopsy concluded that the singer had drowned due to the effects of cocaine use and heart disease.
The report also indicated that the singer had a perforated nose, which is a sign of long-term substance abuse.
The 42-page document gave more details than an initial report released last month.
