The date for the election of the new president of the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) is expected today following a regular monthly board meeting of its directors.
The post of president, which was made vacant after the decision of Jackie Hendriks, not to seek re-election, will see vice president of the JCA Paul Campbell going up against former West Indies and Jamaica captain, Courtney Walsh.
At the board meeting, it is expected that an audited financial statement of the JCA operations will be presented and the date of the election be set.
