GUATEMALA CITY (AP) —A Guatemalan court has convicted ex-dictator Efrain Rios Montt on genocide charges.He has been sentenced to 80 years for the genocide of more than 1,700 indigenous Ixil Mayans from 1982-1983 while he was in power.
