Pembroke Hall secure win

Defending champions Pembroke Hall defeated hosts High Performance 3-1 in a lone women’s match played last night in the Jamaica Table Tennis Association/Northwest National Development League.
National champion Yvonne Foster won two matches for Pembroke Hall. She eased past Melanie Smithson 11-4, 12-10, 11-6 and then defeated national cadet player Ashli Aleander 11-3, 11-5, 11-3.
The league continues this evening with University of Technology travelling to Manchester to play Windalco Kirkvine Sports Club in a women’s division three match.
The game serves off at 7:00 p.m.
