Rural Area champions St. James High and Corporate Area champions St. George’s College will go head-to-head this afternoon at the Constant Spring field for the all-island Olivier Shield football title.

The game today represents the first leg final and is scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m.

The deciding leg will take place at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay on Saturday.

St. James High will be aiming for the triple having captured their second title on Saturday after beating Spaldings High 2-0 in the final of the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup.

Earlier in the season, St. James High scored an emphatic 4-0 victory over Dinthill High to win the Ben Francis Knockout title.

St. George’s College earned the right to contest the Olivier Shield following a 2-0 victory over defending champions Jamaica College in the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Manning Cup final three weeks ago at the National Stadium.
