World Youth champs to begin August 11

The Opening Ceremony and first match of the 2009 World Youth Netball Championship to be staged in the Cook Islands will take place on August 11.
The International Federation of Netball Associations confirmed the date today in a release on its web site.
Pool games will continue through to August 16 before the quarterfinals on August 17 and the semis on August 18.
The final will take place on August 20.
At the last World Youth Netball Champion in Florida in 2005, New Zealand emerged champions.
England were runners-up, while dethrone champions Australia picked up the bronze medal, while Jamaica placed fourth.
