Caymanas Track board fired

High-level Government sources have confirmed that the board of the Caymanas Track Limited (CTL) has been fired.



This follows a report from the Contractor General into the award of contracts to Sports Max Limited to supply simulcast from South Africa and the United Kingdom to CTL.



Contractor General Greg Christie in a report Tabled in Parliament on Tuesday said the CTL chairman Pat Rosseau had breached the corruption prevention act among other laws in the contract deal.



Mr Rosseau has interest in the entities involved in the contract.
