England on course for victory

England, leading West Indies by 281 runs on first innings, will resume this morning on 31 for one in the third Test at the Antigua Recreation Ground.



The visitors are now leading by 312 runs.



Pacer Fidel Edwards picked up the wicket of first innings centurion Andrew Strauss for 14 late on yesterday’s third day after England decided not to enforce the follow-on.



The batsmen at the crease are Alastair Cook and night watchman James Anderson on four runs each.



West Indies resuming on 55 for one yesterday were bowled out for 285 with Ramnaresh Sarwan top scoring with 95.



Off spinner Graeme Swann was the most successful bowler for England with a maiden five-wicket haul.



He ended with five for 57 to put England on course for a series-leveling victory.



Andrew Flintoff collected three for 47.
