Another cabinet minister has joined the race to succeed Michael Misick as premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The health minister, Royal Robinson has announced that he plans to contest the leadership of the Progressive National Party later this month.
The former chief TCI land surveyor and retired permanent secretary has been a member of parliament for two years.
Galmo Williams, who resigned last week as home affairs minister, had earlier announced that he would be a leadership candidate.
Premier Misick has said he will resign as premier next month after losing the support of fellow members of his government, which has been the subject of a corruption inquiry.
