PIECE A FOOT with jockey Dane Nelson won the 325 thousand to 290 thousand dollar claiming race for the James B. Dawes Memorial Cup over 1300 metres at Caymanas Park earlier this afternoon.
The four year old bay gelding won at odds of 10-to-one from TIMONTHY SCOTT with Richard Mitchell and LIGHT MY FIRE with Kerry-Gay Robinson.
Jockey Richard Mitchell had two winners in HE’S TRICKY and THE DIVINE KING.
