Jamaica’s National Under-20 footballers departed today for Florida for a pair of warm-up games ahead of the CONCACAF Under 20 Finals in Trinidad and Tobago next month.

The Jamaicans, undefeated so far in the CONCACAF qualifying series for the FIFA Under 20 World Championship later this year in Egypt, will play an Under-23 state side tomorrow and Canada’s Under 20s on Friday.

Both matches will be played at Lauderhill Sports Complex.

Aiming for their second qualification to a FIFA Under 20 World Championship, the Jamaicans are coming off three valuable warm-up games at home against Central American opposition.

They beat Mexico one-nil last week after drawing nil-all with Costa Rica and losing the rematch with the Costa Ricans one-nil the previous week.
