Leaders Jamaica, needing 204 runs to beat Leeward Islands in their eighth round West Indies Cricket Board Regional four-day match at Sabina Park, will resume today’s final day on 98 for four.



Axed West Indies batsman Xavier Marshall is undefeated on 60 and David Bernard Junior is 18 not out.



The Leewards, resuming yesterday on 53 for two after claiming a slim first innings lead on Saturday, were dismissed for 202 with Wilden Cornwall scoring a century 102.



Nikita Miller, Odean Brown and Gavin Wallace ended with two wickets each.



Batting a second time, Jamaica have already lost Brenton Parchment for zero, Donovan Pagon 10, Tamar Lambert 5 and Wavel Hinds for three.



Leeward Island 221 and 202, Jamaica 220 and 98 for four.



At the National Stadium, hosts Guyana set 311 runs to beat the Windward Islands, will resume today’s final day on 24 without loss.



Windward Islands 215 and 375 for nine declared, Guyana 280 and 24 without loss.



Barbados, following on 232 runs behind hosts Trinidad and Tobago, will resume this morning on 165 for four.
