Badminton Quarterfinals
Defending girls’ champions, Haile Selassie will face Immaculate in the quarterfinal of the LIME Badminton Knockout School Competition tomorrow.
The game will take place at Bishop Gibson High School in Mandeville, beginning at 10 o’clock.
Haile Selassie received a bye to the quarterfinal, while Immaculate defeated St. Jago 3-1 on Wednesday to advance.
The remaining quarterfinal games are Belair against Wolmers, St. Andrew facing Bishop Gibson and Manchester against St. Hughs.
Those games will also take place at Bishop Gibson High School, starting at 10 o’clock.
In the boys’ section, defending champions Haile Selassie and Campion College face off in the quarterfinal round, which will take place at DeCarteret College in Mandeville.
The remaining quarterfinal games are St. Annes against Ardenne, Belair facing Calabar and DeCarteret College playing St. Jago.
Those games will also start at 10 o’clock.
The semi-final and finals of both competitions will also take place tomorrow.
