Jamaica in strong position

Leaders Jamaica are in a strong position to beat hosts Barbados on today’s final day of their 10th round West Indies Cricket Board regional four-day match at Kensington Oval.
Barbados, chasing 515 for victory, will resume this morning on 107 for two in their second innings.
Dale Richards is undefeated on 45 and Kirk Edwards is not out on four.
Yesterday’s penultimate date belonged to Carlton Baugh Junior who scored his 10th first-class hundred after resuming on five.
Baugh retired hurt on 108 as Jamaica, resuming yesterday on 103 for five, declared their second innings at 397 for eight, setting Barbados 515.
There were career-best knocks from Nikita Miller and Darren Powell.
Miller scored 86 and Powell made 69.
