St Andrew/Munroe College record victories
St Andrew High and Munro College recorded victories at the Mona Hockey turf yesterday to take the lead in their respective zones in the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/ Jamaica Hockey Federation Under-16 league.
St Andrew High defeated St Hugh’s 4-0 to move to six points in Zone ‘B’ of the girls’ competition.
Munro College blanked Mona High 2-0 and Campion 3-0 to move to nine points in Zone ‘B’ of the boys’ competition. Jamaica College and Mona High are joint second on three points.
The competition continues this afternoon with three games.
Excelsior and Wolmers will face off in the boys’ competition at 1.30 p.m. followed by two games in the girls’ competition.
Those are Alpha Academy versus Campion College at 2.30 p.m. and Immaculate Conception against against Papine at 3.30 p.m.
