Supporters of two opposition parties in Dominica have staged a protest outside the offices of the electoral commission for the second time since January.
The main opposition United Workers Party and the Dominica Freedom Party are pressing for the introduction of voter ID cards, a sanitised list of electors and independent monitors at the next election.
Opposition Leader Ron Green is insisting that the last general election was flawed.
He says new measures must be put in place to prevent a recurrence.
