Chelsea get past Liverpool

Chelsea held on to get past Liverpool today and advance to the semifinals of the Champions League after a memorable 4-all draw gave the London club a 7-5 win on aggregate.
Fabio Aurelio and Xabi Alonso scored in the first 28 minutes to give Liverpool a two-nil lead in the second leg of the quarterfinals.
However, Frank Lampard ended with two goals for Chelsea while Alex and Didier Drogba added the others.
Liverpool\'s Lucas Leiva and Dirk Kuyt scored late in the game.
Chelsea will face Barcelona in the semifinals, with the first leg at the Nou Camp in Spain on April 28.
Barcelona advanced 5-1 on aggregate following a 1-all draw Bayern Munich.
Arsenal will be without defenders Johan Djourou and Gael Clichy for the second leg of their Champions League quarterfinal against Villarreal tomorrow.
The teams drew 1-all in the first leg.
