Cuba willing to talk to US

Cuban President Raul Castro says his government is willing to have talks with the US about issues including human rights, as long as the discussions are on equal terms.
US President Barack Obama has been calling for improved human rights in Cuba.
Following the easing of US travel restrictions to the island Mr Obama said it was up to Havana to make the next move to improve US-Cuban relations.
Mr Castro was addressing a group of Latin American leaders in Venezuela, ahead of the summit of the Americas now on in Trinidad and Tobago.
Cuba has been excluded from the summit.
