Herb McKenley statue to be unveiled in Nov
Prime Minister Bruce Golding has approved the model of the statue that will be erected in honour of track and field legend Herb Mckenley.
Minister of Sports, Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange said the statue will be erected at the entrance to the National Stadium in November, the second anniversary of the death of the sprinter.
The statue is already being sculpted and will be bronzed in Atlanta, USA.
