Taylor takes three wickets

West Indies fast bowler Jerome Taylor took three wickets in his first two overs today to help restrict the England Lions to 143 for 6 on a rain-affected second day of the team\'s final warm-up before the opening test.



The arrival of the Jamaican in England had been delayed after he hurt his hip in a car accident in the Caribbean, causing fears he would not be match fit before Wednesday\'s start of the first test at Lord\'s.



But Taylor reduced the Lions to 13 for 3 before they recovered to 143 for 6 in reply to West Indies\' 203.



David Bernard top scored for West Indies with 58 after the Caribbean side had resumed this morning on 76 for four.
