Rampaul gear up for one day international

Fast bowler Ravi Rampaul, gearing up for the One-Day International series against England later this month, grabbed four wickets yesterday for PowerGen in their drawn Trinidad and Tobago Premier League six-round match.



In the limited time that rainy conditions allowed, Rampaul captured four for 47 to help PowerGen restrict Moosai Sports to 173 at Honeymoon Park.



Mossai were replying to PowerGen’s 369 for eight declared of which national player Jason Mohammed had smashed 144.



Following on, Moosai reached 83 without loss when rain aborted play for the day.
