West Indies suffers 10-wicket defeat

West Indies suffered an embarrassing 10-wicket defeat to hosts England inside three days in the opening Test match at Lords.



England needing just 32 runs for victory after bowling out West Indies for 256 in their second innings reached the target off 6.1 overs.



A partnership of 143 between Denesh Ramdin, 61, and Brendan Nash 81 spared the Caribbean Side from an innings defeat after they resumed this morning on 39 for two.



Stuart Broad took the final wicket when Nash was caught.



Broad, three for 64 and Graeme Swann, three for 39, were the pick of the England bowlers.



Scores are England 377 and 32 without loss, West Indies 152 and 256.
