Reggae Boyz preparing for Haitian friendly
Jamaica’s senior footballers are staging a training session at Winchester Park at St Georges College in preparation for a friendly international against Haiti.
The game will take place in Fort Lauderdale in Florida on Saturday, May 23.
Jamaica will also have friendly internationals against El Salvador and Panama.
The 30-man squad includes eight first time invitees, headed by Digicel Premier League leading goal scorer, Devon Hodges of Rivoli United.
Also invited are Harbour View’s central defender, Dicoy Williams and Tivoli Gardens central midfielder Jerry Walters.
The other first time invitees are the Boys’ Town pair of George Vernal and Michael Campbell, Bryan Bayliss of Portmore United, Kenardo Forbes of Waterhouse and Nicholas Addlery of Puerto Rico Islanders.
Nine overseas-based players will also join the squad.
