Puerto Rican pleads guilty in tourist killing

A Puerto Rican man has pleaded guilty to kidnapping, raping and killing a pregnant woman in February.



Eliezer Marquez Navedo pleaded guilty to first degree murder, kidnapping and two sexual assault charges in the killing of Sara Kuszak of the US state of Georgia.



Ms Kuszak was about five months pregnant when she was abducted while jogging along a remote road in eastern Puerto Rico.



Her mother told the court that Ms Kuszak made a desperate phone call to her fiance from the trunk of her kidnapper\'s car and told him she was going to die.



Ms Kuszak was found dead with her throat slashed about an hour later.
