West Indies struggling against England

West Indies are heading for another big defeat against England in the third and final One-Day International at Edgbaston.



The Caribbean side, replying to England’s massive total of 328 for 7, were struggling on 212 for 6 after 41 overs.



Shivnarine Chanderpaul has so far top scored for West Indies with 68 from 108 balls. Denesh Ramdin was the next best scorer with 45 off 48 balls, while Dwayne Bravo slammed 26 off 28 balls.



Earlier, Matt Prior top scored for England with 87 off 86 balls and Owais Shaw made 75 off 65 balls as the hosts posted its highest ever One Day International score at Edgbaston.



Captain Andrew Strauss made 52 and Ravi Bopara got 49.



Jerome Taylor was the pick of the West Indies bowlers, taking 3 for 59. Keiron Pollard chipped in with 2 for 63.



England leads the three-match series 1-0.
