Grand Prix Round Up

Lacena Golding-Clarke was the best placed Jamaican at the Fanny Blankers-Koen Games, an I-DOUBLE-A-F Grand Prix meeting in Netherlands today.



Golding-Clarke finished second in 12.78 seconds to Norwegian Christina Vukicevic in the women’s 100-metre hurdles. Vukicevic clocked 12.74 seconds.



In the men’s 110-metre hurdles, Jamaican Maurice Wignall was disqualified. Andrew Turner of Britain won in 13.30 seconds.



National record holder Dorian Scott had to settle for fifth with a throw of 19.95 metres in the men’s shot put.



American Reese Hoffa won with a throw of 21.59 metres.
