CONCACAF World Cup qualifier continues

The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Final Round play-off series for the 2010 World Cup football finals in South Africa continues tomorrow.



Mexico, in danger of missing out on the World Cup for the first time since 1990, are at El Salvador in a very crucial assignment.



They will then hosts Trinidad and Tobago on Wednesday.



New coach Javier Aguirre, who took over from the fired Sven-Goran Eriksson in April, has convinced striker Cuauhtemoc Blanco to come out of international retirement



Costa Rica, which embarrassed the United States 3-1 on Wednesday in San Jose, lead with nine points. The United States have seven, Honduras four and Mexico three.



El Salvador and Trinidad and Tobago are joint-last in the six team group with two points.



Also tomorrow, Trinidad and Tobago play Costa Rica, and the United States face Honduras.



The top three teams advance to the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, with the next facing a two-game playoff with South America\'s fifth-best team for another berth.
