St Elizabeth Health Department orders closure of Sky View Mall

The St Elizabeth Health Department has ordered the closure of the 40-shop Sky View Mall in Santa Cruz.

The commercial facility, which houses several government agencies and offices, was ordered closed on Friday due to a recurring sewage problem.

Reports are that the owners of the plaza were informed by the health department on several occasions to address the constant flow of sewage onto the public thoroughfare.

However, the health department decided to close the shopping mall after receiving complaints about sewage flowing onto the roadway on Friday
