President of the People's National Party (PNP) Mark Golding says the party has regained loses suffered in Westmoreland arising from the 2020 general election.

Addressing a group of PNP supporters Tuesday in Whitehouse, Golding admitted that while the people of Westmoreland remain faithful to his party for the past 30 years, the PNP fell out of grace with residents and paid the price in the 2020 polls.

Golding said the party has made adjustments and is now bringing back the love and vibes of the party to the people of the parish.

“The people of Westmoreland have been with us for years and we slipped up. And they showed us they didn't appreciate that but we are back with a new vibes,” said Golding.

He said the next PNP administration under his leadership will be a government for the people, with the people.

“We will govern in the true spirits of Michael. Joshua Manley, because we know that the people of Jamaica need a government to care for those who need care, a government of integrity,” Golding added.
